Did you know the hands have minor chakras that act as portals for energy and healing? The source of this energy comes from the empty vacuum in Space known as the zero-point field.
To activate our hands’ chakras and make a psi energy ball for healing, rub the hands together until they feel warm and tingly.
Visualize white light healing energy entering through the top of our head and channel this light energy down our arms and into our hands.
Separate the hands 6-12 inches and move them like a ball is in the middle of them. Visualize healing balls of energy forming between our hands.
Cover the area to be healed with our hands and gently push the white light energy out of our hands and into the area to be healed.
Using positive words and feeling heartfelt emotions, state aloud the intent and send the energy to its destination.
Psi energy balls can be used to heal ourselves, others, remove energy blocks, dark energy, negative energy, and for giving and sending unconditional love.
